A sandwich, roll or wrap chockablock with fresh veggies and classic ingredients like beetroot and grated carrot.

• roll, sliced bread, or wrap (gluten free options available with advance notice)
• On the bread: mayonnaise (on the side near the protein) and butter/margarine on the other slice
• protein (e.g ham & cheese or just ham, or just cheese, or chicken) If you choose ham, we'll add a touch of Dijon mustard (aka grainy mustard) to bring out the flavour
• red onion, finely sliced (just a little bit, for vibrant aroma and a sharp shiver of delight)
• grated or spiralised carrot
• sliced cucumber
• beetroot
• tomato
• pepper and salt
• lettuce
